The Home Budget Calculator makes easy that tedious/frustrating task of setting a monthly budget. This tool will assist you in determining where your monthly income is currently being spent and by identifying areas where improvements can be considered.
Simply click on the Expenses Calc and fill in your households monthly expenditures then click on the Paycheque Calc and fill in your households monthly income.
Monthly expenses
This is the total of all of your monthly expenses that where entered through the Expenses Calc Button.
Net monthly pay
This is the total of your household income that was entered through the Paycheque Calc Button.
Misc income
Any other income that your household receives can be entered here.
Show My Income breakdown
Displays a breakdown of how your income is divided up between your income sources.
Show My Monthly Expenses
Displays a breakdown of your monthly expenses.
Upon input completion you have two options
Calculate button will display a breakdown of either your monthly income or monthly expenses and the balance remaining.
View Report Button will provide you with a hard copy breakdown of your input and also provides a comparison to a target budget which can assist you in identifying areas of improvement.
